경기도 수원 영통구 이의동 '힐스테이트 광교중앙역 퍼스트' 2가구에 대한 무순위 청약이 17일 시작된 것.
세부적으로 미계약 전용 69㎡ 1가구와 계약취소주택 전용 84㎡ 1가구 등이다. 당첨자 발표는 20일 나온다.
미계약(전용 69㎡) 1가구의 경우, 전국에서 청약이 가능한 이른바 '로또 청약'이다. 만 19세 이상이면 청약통장과 주택 소유 여부에 상관없이 신청할 수 있다.
다만 계약취소주택(84㎡)은 수원시에 거주하는 무주택 세대주만 가능하다.
분양가는 지난 2021년 당시 가격이다. 전용 69㎡는 7억7430만원, 84㎡는 9억3620만원이다.
계약금은 20%이고, 나머지 80%는 입주시 또는 계약일로부터 2개월 이내 납입해야 한다.
