한국부동산원이 국토교통부와 함께 3월 27일까지 전국 5개 권역에서 '주민과 소통하는 정비사업 정책설명회'를 개최한다. 이번 설명회는 정비사업 신속 추진을 위한 정책 방향과 한국부동산원의 지원책을 소개하고, 주민과의 소통을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
설명회에서는 주택 공급 확대 방안 후속 조치로 추진되는 시행령 입법예고 내용과, 정비사업을 지원하는 '미래도시지원센터'의 역할이 소개된다. 또한, 조합의 초기 자금 부담을 완화하기 위한 새로운 융자 상품도 안내된다. 융자 대상은 조합 설립 인가 후 사업 시행 계획 인가 전 조합이며, 보증 한도는 50억 원 이내다.
이번 설명회는 최근 주택 경기 둔화와 거래 위축 속에서 정비사업 정책의 불확실성을 줄이고, 정보 비대칭을 해소하며, 주민과의 소통을 강화해 정비사업의 활력을 높이는 데 목적이 있다.
11일 서울권, 13일 경기권 설명회에 이어 25일부터 27일까지 권역별 설명회가 진행된다. 자세한 일정과 장소는 한국부동산원 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있으며, 사전 신청을 통해 참가할 수 있다.
한국부동산원은 지난 2월 지자체 대상 설명회에 이어 이번 주민 설명회를 개최했으며, 앞으로도 국민과 적극적으로 소통하며 정책을 공유하는 자리를 지속적으로 마련할 계획이다.

Korea Real Estate Agency (KRA), together with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, will hold a 'Policy Briefing on Maintenance Projects to Communicate with Residents' in five regions across the country until March 27th. The briefings are designed to introduce policy directions and support measures for expediting maintenance projects and strengthen communication with residents.
The briefing will introduce the anticipated enforcement legislation as a follow-up to the housing supply expansion plan and the role of the Future City Support Center in supporting maintenance projects. In addition, a new loan product will be introduced to ease the initial funding burden for cooperatives. The loan is available to associations after the establishment of the association and before the approval of the business implementation plan, and the guarantee limit is within 5 billion won.
The briefings are aimed at reducing uncertainties in maintenance business policies, resolving information asymmetries, and enhancing communication with residents to boost the vitality of maintenance businesses amid the recent slowdown in the housing economy and contraction in transactions.
Briefing sessions by region, available by prior application
Following the briefing sessions in Seoul on the 11th and Gyeonggi on the 13th, the regional briefings will be held from the 25th to the 27th. The detailed schedule and locations can be found on the website of the Korea Real Estate Agency, and participants can apply in advance.
Following the briefings for local governments in February, the agency plans to continue to actively communicate with the public and share its policies.
