거창박물관, ‘찾아가는 어린이박물관 운영’

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 국립민속박물관과 함께 ‘찾아가는 어린이박물관’ 교육프로그램을 19일부터 21일까지 운영한다.

‘찾아가는 어린이박물관’은 지난해 12월 국립민속박물관에서 전국 박물관을 대상으로 진행한 참여기관 공모사업에 거창박물관이 선정됨에 따라 추진됐다.

교육은 ‘신비한 마법의 방’을 주제로 진행되며, 6~8세 어린이들의 눈높이에 맞춰 세계의 여러 나라 인형을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 전시 버스 관람과 고민과 걱정을 덜어주는 ‘나만의 걱정인형 만들기’ 체험으로 구성됐다.

이번 교육프로그램에는 거창 관내 유치원과 초등학교 등 3개 기관에서 총 90명의 어린이가 참여할 예정이다.

교육에 참여한 한 유치원 교사는 “아이들의 교육 만족도가 매우 높았다”라며 “앞으로도 거창박물관에서 다양한 프로그램을 운영해 주길 바란다”고 전했다.

구인모 군수는 “이번 프로그램으로 거창박물관이 누구나 쉽게 접근하고 즐길 수 있는 공간임을 알리는 계기가 되길 바란다. 앞으로도 지역 어린이들이 다양한 체험을 할 수 있도록 교육프로그램을 개발하겠다”고 말했다.
