브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행이 24일부터 청년 역량강화 지원 프로그램인 ‘KB인재양성’의 참가자 모집을 시작한다.
KB국민은행은 사회공헌사업인 ‘KB Dream Wave 2030’의 일환으로 ‘KB인재양성’을 시작했으며, 열정과 성장 가능성을 가진 청년들이 목표 달성 프로그램을 통해 미래 사회를 이끌어갈 핵심 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 다방면에서 체계적으로 지원하고 있다.
선발된 장학생에게는 △목표달성을 위한 전문가 자문 및 특강 △1인당 최대 350만원의 성장 지원금 △여름 캠프 및 팀 프로젝트를 통한 네트워킹 △우수 참가자 특별 시상 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공한다.
지원대상은 2000년생부터 2007년생인 전국 대학생 및 휴학생이다. 참가 신청은 다음달 6일까지 KB인재양성 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 가능하다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “미래를 향한 열정을 가진 대학생들이 자신의 가능성을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있도록 ‘KB인재양성’ 참가자 모집에 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”며 “우리 청년들이 꿈을 키우고 훌륭한 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 꾸준히 지원하며 상생과 나눔의 가치를 실천하는 금융기관으로서 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, KB국민은행은 2006년부터 청소년의 교육격차 및 기회 불평등 해소와 미래인재 양성을 지원하기 위해 대표사회공헌사업인 ‘KB Dream Wave 2030’을 펼쳐오고 있다. △학습 △진로 △인프라 세 분야를 중심으로 성장 단계별 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공해 청소년이 올바르게 성장하고 꿈을 펼칠 수 있도록 지원하고 있다.
