대통령실이 24일 한덕수 대통령 권한대행 겸 국무총리에 대한 헌법재판소 탄핵 기각 결정 관련해 "환영한다"고 밝혔다.
대통령실은 이날 오전 언론 공지에서 "헌재의 오늘 결정으로 국회의 탄핵 남발이 무분별하고 악의적 정치 공세였음이 다시 한번 입증됐다"며 "한 권한대행 복귀가 국정 정상화 출발점이 되길 기대한다"고 전했다.
앞서 헌재는 이날 오전 한 권한대행 탄핵안을 기각 5(문형배·이미선·김형두·정정미·김복형)·각하 2(정형식·조한창)·인용 1(정계선)로 기각 판결했다.
