[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 오는 4월부터 11월까지 농촌 일손 부족 완화를 위해 농촌인력중개센터를 운영한다고 25일 밝혔다.

농촌인력중개센터는 전담인력을 배치해 농업 분야 근로인력을 모집하고 필요 농가에 무료로 알선, 중개한다.

센터는 4월 집중 모집기간을 거쳐 구인농가와 구직자 모집 후 인력풀을 구성해 농작업 인력중개를 지원하며 이후로도 구인농가와 구직자를 연중 모집한다.

또 농작업 참여자에게 단체 상해보험 가입비와 교통비를 지원하며 농작업반 반장에게 반장수당을 지원한다.

농업 분야 구인·구직 희망자는 최초 등록을 위해 센터를 방문 신청해야 하며 이후에는 전화로 신청할 수 있다.

시 관계자는 “농촌지역 안정적인 노동력 확보로 농가경영 개선과 안정에 기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 시는 지난해 250여명 농가에 1만7,500건의 인력을 중개했다.
