주요 교육 내용은 시민들에게 국제 매너 교육, 해외 방문객 응대 훈련, 실전 회화 실습 등을 통해 APEC 정상회의에 적극적으로 참여하고 문화봉사단으로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 돕는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.
이 프로그램은 3월 개강식을 시작으로 10월까지 진행되며, 경주 APEC 정상회의에 관심 있는 시민 누구나 온·오프라인으로 참여할 수 있다.
