브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= SK그룹이 대형 산불로 큰 피해를 겪고 있는 경남∙경북∙울산 등지의 주민들을 위해 20억 원 상당의 성금과 구호물품을 지원한다.
SK그룹은 26일 이번 산불에 따른 피해 복구와 이재민 구호 등을 위해 사회복지공동모금회와 전국재해구호협회에 20억 원 상당의 성금 및 구호물품을 전달한다고 밝혔다. 기부금은 피해지역 복구와 주민 지원 등에 쓰일 예정이다.
더불어 SK멤버사들도 구호활동에 나섰다. SK하이닉스는 지난 23일부터 하이세이프티(High Safety) 사업을 통해 산불 피해 지역인 경남 하동군, 충북 영동군 이재민들에게 구호 텐트 및 바닥 매트 800세트와 이재민 구호키트 1500개 등을 지원 중이다. 하이세이프티 사업은 SK하이닉스가 재해 발생시 이재민 구호 지원을 목적으로 연 6억원 출연해 시작한 사업이다.
또한, SK텔레콤과 SK브로드밴드, SK오앤에스, 홈앤서비스 등 통신 관계사들은 지난 22일부터 이재민 임시 주거시설이 마련된 경남 산청군 단성중학교, 경북 의성군 의성체육관 등에서 대민지원 부스를 운영해 인터넷TV(IPTV) 및 와이파이 서비스를 제공하고, 휴대폰 충전기 및 보조 배터리, 물티슈 등을 비롯한 구호 물품도 지원 중이다.
