한밭교육박물관이 관내 유치원과 초등학교를 대상으로 소장품 대여 프로그램을 운영한다고 27일 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 유아 및 초등 교육과정과 연계하여 과거의 생활도구와 문화유산을 직접 체험할 수 있도록 구성되었다. 대여 가능한 소장품은 60~70년대 교과서, 광개토대왕릉비 복제품, 다이얼 전화기, 맷돌, 화로, 엽전 등 31종과 두루마기, 패랭이 등 전통 복식 4종으로 총 2세트가 마련되어 있다.

대여를 희망하는 기관은 매월 1일 박물관 누리집(www.hbem.or.kr)을 통해 신청한 후, 정해진 날짜에 방문하여 자료를 수령할 수 있다.

대여 기간은 10일간이며, 이를 통해 학생들은 교과서에서 접했던 옛 생활도구와 전통 복식을 직접 보고 사용해보며 과거 세대의 생활문화를 보다 생생하게 경험할 수 있다.

손태일 한밭교육박물관장은 “이번 교육과정 맞춤형 지원을 위한 특화 프로그램을 통해 아이들이 역사와 문화에 대한 흥미를 키우고, 조상들의 지혜를 배울 수 있는 기회가 되길 바란다”며 “유치원과 초등학교에서 적극적으로 활용해 교육 효과를 높이길 기대한다”고 전했다.
