세종특별자치시시설관리공단(이하 공단)이 2025년부터 세종공동구에 대한 정밀안전점검을 자체 기술 인력을 통해 실시할 예정이라고 발표했다.
정밀안전점검은 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법에 따라 정기적으로 수행되며, 세종공동구는 2종 시설물로 분류되어 안전등급에 따라 1~3년 주기로 점검이 필요하다.
이번 점검은 공단의 숙련된 내부 전문가들이 주도하여 외부 용역에 의존하지 않고 자체 점검 능력을 강화하는 데 중점을 두고 진행된다.
