한중도시우호협회는 3월31일 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 지난 3월312일 서울시 영등포구 국회대로 소재 한중경제협력센터에서 중국 내몽골(內蒙古)자치구 싱안멍(興安盟ㆍ멍은 한국의 시에 해당하는 내몽골자치구 행정단위) 인민정부 한국 방문단(단장 인하이옌殷海燕 커유전기科右前旗 정부 외사주임)을 면담했다”고 알렸다.

권기식 한중도시우호협회 회장은 "지난 2023년 7월 한ㆍ내몽골 자치구 투자무역 설명회를 공동개최한 이후 내몽골 자치구 싱안멍 정부와 교류하게 돼 기쁘다"며 "양측이 한중 경제ㆍ관광 교류를 위해 협력하자"고 말했다.
인하이옌 주임은 "한중도시우호협회와 함께 한중 지방정부 교류와 경제ㆍ문화ㆍ관광 협력을 적극 추진하고 싶다"며 권 회장의 내몽골 방문을 초청했다.
