브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자가 예년보다 빠른 무더위 예보에 대비해 신속하고 신뢰성 높은 에어컨 설치 서비스를 제공하는 에어컨 설치 전담팀을 조기 운영한다.
삼성전자는 삼성전자로지텍과 에어컨 설치 전담팀을 작년보다 약 한 달 앞당겨 이달 1일부터 운영한다고 1일 밝혔다. 전담팀 규모는 4700여 명이며 8월까지 운영된다.
에어컨 설치 전담팀을 대상으로 △와이파이, 공유기 연결과 같은 기본적인 모바일 기기 설정 △스마트싱스와 제품 연결 실습 △에어컨 제품의 주요 기능 설정 등의 교육을 진행해 더욱 전문적인 설치 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
아울러 삼성전자는 2025년형 ‘비스포크 AI 무풍콤보 갤러리’ 에어컨 신제품 런칭을 기념해 ‘무풍무패’ 프로모션을 진행한다.
‘비스포크 AI 무풍콤보 갤러리’ 에어컨은 삼성전자의 독보적인 ‘무풍’ 기능을 제공하는 것은 물론, 섬세하게 습도를 센싱하고 제어하는 시스템으로 쾌적함과 에너지 효율을 동시에 높이는 ‘쾌적제습’ 기능을 새롭게 적용한 제품이다.
