브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 소상공인 고객을 위한 프로모션 혜택 ‘소상공인 초이스’와 ‘지니TV 사장님 초이스’를 제공한다고 1일 밝혔다.
소상공인 초이스는 5G 초이스 요금제의 새 혜택이다. 오는 9월 30일까지 소상공인 초이스를 선택한 고객에게 ‘AI 전화’가 최대 무료로 제공된다. AI 전화는 소상공인에게 필요한 유선전화와 ‘AI 통화비서’, 무료통화 30분을 결합했다.
AI 통화비서는 매장으로 걸려 오는 전화를 AI가 응대하는 서비스로 매장 휴무, 운영 시간 등을 안내해준다. 착신 통화 전환, 통화 목록 확인, 부재중 메모, 문자 발신 등의 기능을 이용할 수 있다.
지니 TV 사장님 초이스는 269개 방송 채널 시청이 가능한 IPTV 서비스와 TV를 매장 홍보 사이니지로 활용할 수 있는 ‘사장님 TV 서비스’를 결합한 상품이다. 이 상품은 매장 방문 고객에게 가게 홍보와 안내를 지원하기 위해 기획됐다.
사장님 TV 서비스를 이용하면 매장에 설치된 TV 화면에 디지털 메뉴, 프로모션, 이벤트 정보 등을 노출할 수 있다. 사장님 TV 서비스 전담센터에서 업종에 맞는 콘텐츠 제작을 지원한다는 점이 큰 장점이다.
지니 TV 사장님 초이스는 월 정액 2만5300원(3년 약정 기준)이며, 9월 30일까지 가입한 고객은 월 7천700원 할인된 요금으로 이용할 수 있다.
