충남 금산군은 지난달 31일 충남문화관광재단, 한식진흥원과 함께 ‘2025 K-미식벨트’ 인삼 부문 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 세 기관은 금산의 지역적 특색을 반영한 인삼 기반 미식관광 상품을 개발하고, 지속 가능한 운영을 위한 중장기 전략을 마련할 계획이다.
K-미식벨트 사업은 한식 자원을 활용한 미식관광 콘텐츠를 구축하는 프로젝트로, 지난해 ‘장(醬) 벨트’를 시작으로 올해는 김치, 전통주, 인삼을 주제로 확대 운영된다. 특히 금산군은 ‘인삼 벨트’를 통해 방문객들이 직접 맛보고 체험할 수 있는 차별화된 관광 콘텐츠를 개발할 예정이다.
2025~2026년 충남 방문의 해를 맞아 금산군은 단순한 관람형 관광을 넘어, 스토리텔링을 접목한 몰입형 미식투어 프로그램을 기획하고 있다.
전설적인 인삼 달인 ‘강처사’의 여정을 따라가는 테마형 관광 코스를 구성하고, 각 행선지마다 금산인삼과 관련된 체험형 콘텐츠를 배치해 관광객들의 오감을 만족시키는 프로그램을 선보일 계획이다.
이와 함께, 충남문화관광재단 및 한식진흥원과 협력해 연령대와 취향을 고려한 맞춤형 인삼 미식관광 상품을 개발함으로써 금산의 지역 경제와 관광산업 활성화에도 기여할 전망이다.
