글로벌헤리티지연구원(원장 이혜정)은 글로벌 자산관리와 가문과 가업 승계를 위한 프리미엄 플랫폼이 새롭게 출범했다고 7일 밝혔다.
GHC 글로벌 헤리티지 조직위원회(Global Heritage Committee)는 가문과 가업의 승계를 세계적 유산으로 만들기 위한 목표로 2024년 본부 주관하에 GHI 글로벌 헤리티지 연구원(Global Heritage Institute)을 설립했다.

연구원은 세계 최고 수준의 교수진과 연구원이 가업 승계와 자산관리를 위한 융복합 연구와 실무적 지원을 진행하는 연구 및 실행기관이다.
글로벌 헤리티지 연구원은 ‘Family Office 가업 승계 자산관리’ 개념을 융복합 연구에 적용하여 철학, 세무, 법무, 부동산, 벤처, 생성형 AI 등 다양한 분야와 접목한 연구를 수행하고 있다.
이러한 연구를 통해 기업 및 가업 승계 전략을 종합적으로 지원하는 것이 목표다. GHI 연구원은 ‘Global Heritage 최고경영자 과정’과 ‘자서전 디지털 책쓰기대학’을 개설해 운영하고 있다.
연구원의 경영자교육 프로그램 중 하나인 ‘Global Heritage AMP’ 이 눈길을 끈다.
이 과정은 글로벌 헤리티지 조직위원회가 주최하고 서울벤처대학원대학교(총장 김춘호)와 오트리스 그룹이 주관하며, 강남건물주협회가 후원한다.
그리고, 오명 GHI고문위원장 (현.국가원로위원회 상임의장)과 고종완 한국자산관리원 원장의 협력으로 진행된다.
해당 과정의 커리큘럼은 ▲정신적 자산 확립 ▲재정적 자산관리 및 가치 극대화 ▲인적 자산 승계 ▲사회적 자산 실현을 중심으로 구성되어 있다.
강의는 2025년 3월 27일부터 6월 19일까지 진행되며, 삼성동 그랜드 인터컨티넨탈 파르나스호텔, 힐마루 리조트&CC 포천, 삼성동 오트리스 커뮤니티홀에서 열린다.
입학식은 지난 3월 27일 힐마루미조트에서 1박 2일로 진행되었다.
