[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 10일 거창군청 중회의실에서 여성친화도시 조성의 기반이 될 ‘2025년 제1회 여성일자리협의체’와 ‘2025년 제1회 여성안전도시 T/F 회의’를 개최했다.
여성일자리협의체는 군 관계자, 거창군 지역일자리센터, 거창지역자활센터, 거창대학 등 11명으로 구성되어 있으며, 일자리 관련 부서 간 협력체계를 구축하고 지속가능한 여성 일자리 발굴과 성평등한 노동환경 조성을 목표로 운영되고 있다.
이번 회의에서는 경력 보유 여성 등의 경제활동 촉진 사업을 공유하고, 관련 사업의 세부 사항을 논의했으며 특히 결혼이주여성의 일가정 양립을 위한 개선 방안에 대한 의견도 나눴다.
이어 여성안전도시 T/F 회의가 개최됐다.
여성안전 T/F는 거창경찰서, 군민참여단, 여성단체협의회, 죽전도시재생 현장지원센터 등 11명으로 구성되어 있으며, 안전 관련 부서 간 협력체계를 구축하고, 성평등 인식 제고 및 안전한 지역사회 문화 조성을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 운영되고 있다.
