브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 경북 지역 산불 피해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소기업과 소상공인을 대상으로 금융 지원을 실시한다고 14일 밝혔다.
KB국민은행은 경북신용보증재단과 업무협약을 체결하고, 총 10억원을 특별출연해 협약보증서를 담보로 약 150억원 규모의 대출을 지원한다. 또한, 경상북도 소상공인 육성자금인 ‘버팀금융’과 연계해 협약보증 대상 기업에 연 1~2%대의 저금리 대출을 공급함으로써 피해기업의 이자 부담을 완화할 계획이다.
지원대상은 경상북도 산불 피해에 따라 특별재난지역으로 지정된 안동시, 의성군, 청송군, 영양군, 영덕군에 소재한 중소기업 및 소상공인이다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 금융 지원을 통해 산불 피해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소기업과 소상공인이 자금난을 해소하고 경영 안정을 찾는데 도움이 되기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 KB국민은행은 다양한 금융 지원 프로그램을 확대해가며 기업의 성장을 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, KB금융그룹은 경북 지역 등의 산불 피해 주민들과 지역 사회의 신속한 피해 복구를 지원하고자 10억원의 성금 기부와 함께 긴급지원 프로그램을 실시한 바 있다.
