금산군, 제2회 추경예산 9043억 편성…“지역회복에 중점”

충남 금산군이 올해 제2회 추가경정예산안을 총 9043억 원 규모로 편성해 지난 11일 금산군의회에 제출했다고 14일 밝혔다. 

당초 예산 8662억 원에서 381억 원이 증액된 이번 추경은 순세계잉여금과 지방채 등을 주요 재원으로 활용했다.

군은 이번 예산안을 통해 군민 삶의 질을 높이고, 재해복구와 지역경제 활성화에 힘을 쏟겠다는 방침이다. 주요 예산 증액 및 신규 편성 사업으로는 ▲행복드림센터 조성 237억 원 ▲금산군보건소 이전 신축 117억 원 ▲전통시장 주차장 조성 35억 원 ▲장애인복지관 건립 26억 원 ▲산림재해복구 23억 원 ▲살기좋은 마을가꾸기 사업 20억 원 등이 포함됐다.

또한 ▲평촌지구 배수개선 15억 원 ▲국도37호 재해복구 13억 원 ▲소규모 수해복구 12억 원 ▲명곡3리 확포장 10억 원 ▲양지지구 재해위험지구 정비 9억 원 ▲지방하천 퇴적토 정비 8억 원 등, 지역 기반시설 정비 및 재난 대응 강화를 위한 예산도 대폭 반영됐다.

이번 추경 예산안은 오는 22일 개회 예정인 제328회 금산군의회 임시회에서 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정된다.

박범인 금산군수는 “이번 추경은 수해피해 항구복구 등 군민의 생활 안전을 지키고, 보건복지 서비스의 질을 한층 높이며, 지역경제 회복의 마중물이 될 수 있도록 필요한 예산을 신속히 반영했다”며 “예산이 통과되면 조속히 집행해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 성과를 만들겠다”고 밝혔다.
