브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 포켓몬코리아가 전시·판매 복합 공간 ‘메타몽의 타임캡슐’을 오는 25일부터 5월 19일까지 잠실 롯데월드몰 1층 아트리움에서 운영한다.
‘메타몽의 타임캡슐’은 처음 포켓몬을 만났던 날의 추억부터, ‘포켓몬 타운 2025’에서 마주하는 감동까지 메타몽과 함께 시간 여행을 떠나는 듯한 테마로 구성했다.
현장에서는 국내에서 처음 공개되는 오리지널 한정 상품 및 포켓몬센터 신상품 등 200여 종의 포켓몬스터 상품이 판매된다.
이벤트 운영 시간은 오전 10시 30분부터 오후 10시까지로, 방문객은 현장 대기 장소에 비치된 태블릿 PC를 통해 방문 당일 입장 등록이 가능하다.
포켓몬코리아 관계자는 “메타몽의 타임캡슐은 전시부터 쇼핑까지 모든 포켓몬 팬이 머무르고 싶은 공간을 조성했다”며 “모든 세대를 아우를 수 있는 포켓몬스터만의 신선한 콘텐츠를 준비하고 있으니 많은 기대 부탁드린다”고 전했다.
한편, ‘메타몽의 타임캡슐’ 관련 소식은 추후 포켓몬코리아의 공식 인스타그램과 포켓몬 스토어 온라인 X(구 트위터)를 통해 안내될 예정이다.
