충남 서산시가 새로운 시청사 건립을 위한 실질적 행보에 들어가며 사업이 본격 궤도에 올랐다. 서산시는 3월 말 보상설명회를 마친 데 이어 오는 4월 말 감정평가에 착수한다고 18일 밝혔다.
서산시는 이번 청사 건립을 통해 2026년 하반기 착공, 2030년 개청을 목표로 하고 있으며, 지난해부터 단계별 절차를 빠르게 밟아가고 있다.
