한국부동산원(원장 손태락)은 고용노동부 주관 '2024년도 공공기관 자회사 운영실태 평가'에서 A등급을 획득, 제도 도입 이래 5년 연속 최우수 등급을 달성했다고 4월 18일 밝혔다.
이번 평가는 정부의 '공공부문 비정규직 정규직 전환 정책'에 따라 자회사를 운영하는 92개 공공기관을 대상으로 자회사의 안정적·전문적 운영 지원, 독립성 보장 및 근로자 처우 개선 등을 위한 모기관의 노력과 성과를 종합적으로 평가했다.
한국부동산원은 2018년 11월 자회사 알이비파트너스㈜를 설립한 이래, 공동 이익 증진을 목표로 상호 협력 체계를 구축해왔다.
특히, 지난해에는 ▲모·자 공동 협의체 활성화를 통한 소통 강화 ▲외부 검증을 통한 공정 계약 실현 ▲전문성 향상을 위한 직무 교육 및 워크숍 확대 등 다각적인 노력을 기울여 자회사의 안정적인 성장 기반을 마련했다.
이러한 노력을 인정받아, 한국부동산원은 총 4개의 평가 부문 중 ▲자회사의 안정성·지속성 기반 마련 ▲바람직한 모·자회사 관계 구축 ▲전문적 운영 노력 및 지원 등 3개 부문에서 최우수 평가를 받았다.
