[노병한의 정치풍향] 2025년 6·3대선(大選)을 앞두고 세간에는 ′이재명 대세론 VS 한덕수 대망론′이 성사될 수 있을지에 대한 궁금증이 증폭되고 있다. 또 ′이재명 대세론′이 큰 이변 없이 끝까지 완성될 수 있을지에 대한 항간의 우려도 만만치 않다.

대세론에는 대체로 ‘편승효과·밴드왜건효과(bandwagon-effect)’가 따르기 마련이다. 그러나 대세론에 ‘편승효과·밴드왜건효과’가 따르지 않고, 강력한 대세론이 무너져 패배한 사례도 있다. 1987헌법 체제하에서 치러진 한국의 대통령선거에서도 그러한 사례가 3번이나 있었다.
첫째 제13대 대통령선거인 1987년 ′야당勝·대세론′이 ‘민주당의 YS·DJ의 분당’으로 무너졌다. 둘째 제15대 대통령선거인 1997년 ′이회창·대세론′이 ‘DJP연합&이인제·독자출마’로 무너졌다. 셋째 제16대 대통령선거인 2002년 ′이회창·대세론′이 ‘노무현&정몽준의 후보단일화’로 무너졌다.
2025년 6월 3일 치러질 예정인 제21대 대통령선거를 앞두고, 민주당의 ′이재명·대세론′이 8부 능선을 넘어섰다는 게 일반적인 중론이다. 대세론이 무너지지 않게 민주당과 이재명 후보는 어떤 길을 택할까? 그런데 민주당의 대선후보 경선 과정은 거의 최종후보가 결정된 바와 마찬가지이기에 정지화면에 가까워 국민의 관심을 끌기에 역부족이다.
국민의힘을 중심으로 보수진영에서는 ′이재명 후보의 대세론′을 무너뜨리기 위해서 어떤 전략을 세우고 실행할 수 있을까? 항설(巷說)에 의하면 대선후보 경선 과정을 통해 선출된 ′국민의힘 최종후보와 한덕수 대통령권한대행′의 후보단일화를 통해 ′이재명 후보의 대세론′을 극복할 수 있다는 대안이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 대답은 아직 글쎄다. 그러나 ′국민의힘 최종후보와 한덕수 대통령권한대행′의 후보단일화라는 ′사건′ 즉 멀티동영상이 등장한다면 국민의 폭발적인 관심을 끌기에 부족함이 없을 것이다.
2025.04.14.일에 [시사오늘·시사ON]이 ′한덕수, 대선 출마 결심…여야 원로에 지원 요청′이라는 제하의 기사에서 ″민주화 정치 원로들에게 지원 요청 확인, 한덕수 대통령 권한대행이 오는 6월 대선 출마를 결심한 것으로 확인됐다″고 보도했다.
필자는 한덕수의 대망(大望)론이 역술(易術)관점에서 가능한지 궁금했다. 한덕수(韓悳洙) 대통령권한대행은 본관이 청주한씨로 전북 전주시 출생이다. 한덕수는 1949년 5월 22일생으로 사주원국이 [己丑년·庚午월·己卯일·甲戌시]생이다. 한편 그의 부인인 최아영씨는 1948년 9월 12일생으로 전업·서양화가이다.

단, 민주당 이재명 대통령 후보에 대해서는 주변인이 제공해준 4가지의 출생정보를 가지고는 있으나, 필자가 정확한 출생정보는 가지고 있지 못해 역술(易術)적인 관점의 언급은 하지 않기로 한다.
만약 '국민의힘에서 선출된 최종 대선후보'와 '한덕수 무소속 후보' 간의 후보단일화를 통한 범보수 후보단일화의 확률은 매우 낮지만 성사되어 진행될 수 있다고 가정한다면, 대통령 당선 시에 "1~2년 단기(短期)집권과 개헌(改憲)공약"을 고리로 한덕수의 대선(大選) 출마의 가능성은 열려 있다고 할 수 있다.
그런데 사람 속은 알다가도 모를 일이나, 주변에서 아무리 떠들어도 '한덕수 대통령 권한대행'은 대선(大選)에 나서지 않을 것이다. 6·3대선(大選) 출마 결심의 최대 걸림돌은 아마도 그의 부인인 최아영씨의 반대로 보인다. 영성(靈性)이 밝은 선재동자(善財童子)의 관상을 가진 아내의 반대를 극복할 수 있을 경우엔 한덕수 대통령권한대행의 ‘대선(大選)출마’도 가능하다고 할 것이다.

설령 한덕수 대통령권한대행 국무총리가 국민의힘의 대선후보가 된다고 하자, 그렇다고 6·3대선(大選)에서 한덕수 후보의 승리를 담보할 수 있을지는 의문이다. 그러나 세상일은 수수께끼와 같아서 언제 어떤 변화가 일어날지 예측불허의 상황이다. 그리고 2025년 6·3대선(大選)과 같이 ′리더십 전환의 시대′에서는 ′평소에 주목받지 않던 인물′이 갑자기 등장해 큰일을 낼 수도 있기 마련이기 때문이다.
