브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국토지주택공사(LH)는 올해 첫 행복주택 예비입주자 모집을 시행한다고 21일 밝혔다.
LH는 전국 49개 단지 6174호 예비입주자를 모집한다. 지역별로는 수도권은 의왕고천 등 18개 단지 1521호, 비수도권은 양산물금 등 31개 단지 4653호이다.
수도권 지역은 21일부터, 비수도권은 28일부터 단지별 공고가 순차 게시된다. 단, 공급물량은 단지별 여건에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있다.
청약 접수는 오는 29일부터 단지별 순차 진행되며, 자격검증 절차를 거쳐 예비 입주자로 선정되면 공실 발생까지의 일정 기간을 대기한 뒤 차례로 입주할 수 있다.
행복주택은 대학생, 청년, 신혼부부 등 젊은 계층과 고령자, 수급자 등 주거 취약계층의 주거 안정을 목적으로 시세보다 저렴하게 공급하는 임대주택이다.
임대 조건은 시세의 80% 이하 수준이며, 공급유형별로 10년에서 최대 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.
지난달 31일 ‘공공주택 특별법 시행규칙’이 개정됨에 따라, 2세 미만의 자녀가 있는 세대는 모집 호수의 30% 내 우선 공급받을 수 있다.
LH에서는 매년 5차례에 걸쳐 전국 단위로 행복주택과 국민임대주택의 예비입주자 정례 모집을 진행하고 있다.
지난달 14일 진행된 국민임대주택 예비입주자 모집 결과 총 359개 단지 2만5000호 모집에 약 7만 명이 신청했으며, 수도권의 경우 평균 경쟁률 6.4:1을 기록했다.
