금산군, 금년 부동산 공시가격 확정…평균 0.98% 상승​

충남 금산군은 지난 18일 군청사에서 부동산가격공시위원회를 개최하고, 2025년 1월 1일 기준의 개별공시지가, 개별주택가격, 개발부담금 종료시점지가에 대한 심의를 마쳤다고 21일 밝혔다.​

이번 심의에서는 개별공시지가에 대한 의견 제출이 있었던 44필지 중 3필지는 상향, 11필지는 하향, 나머지 30필지는 적정한 것으로 판단되었다. 전체 190,836필지의 ㎡당 평균 지가는 전년 대비 0.98% 상승한 11,609원으로 확정되었다.​

개별주택가격의 경우, 제출된 2건의 의견 중 1건은 하향 조정되었고, 다른 1건은 주택에서 제외되었다. 총 15,852호의 평균 주택가격은 전년 대비 1.14% 상승한 5,550만 원으로 결정되었다.​

또한, 개발부담금 종료시점지가에 대해서는 9건(16필지)에 대한 가격 결정 심의가 이루어졌다.​

이번 심의 결과는 오는 4월 30일부터 금산군청 누리집 및 부동산공시가격 알리미(www.realtyprice.kr)를 통해 공시될 예정이다.​

군 관계자는 "제출된 의견들은 면밀히 검토해 반영 여부를 결정했다"며 "정확하고 신뢰받는 부동산 공시 행정을 통해 군민의 권익을 보호하고 공정한 과세 기반을 마련할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
