브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당 대선 경선 후보의 공직선거법 위반 사건의 상고심을 심리할 대법원 재판부가 정해졌다.
22일 법조계에 따르면 대법원은 이날 이재명 후보의 공직선거법 위반 상고심을 대법원 2부에 배당했다.
주심은 박영재 대법관이 맡았다. 대법원 2부는 박영재 대법관을 비롯해 오경미·권영준·마용주 대법관으로 구성됐다.
박 대법관은 부산 출신으로 배정고와 서울대 법대를 졸업한 뒤 1996년 서울지법 동부지원 판사로 임관해 서울·대전·순천·부산 전국 각지의 여러 법원에서 민사, 형사, 행정 등 다양한 재판업무를 담당했다.
그는 또한 사법연수원 교수, 법원행정처 심의관, 기획조정실장, 법원행정처 차장 등을 역임하는 등 사법행정 경험도 풍부하다.
한편 이재명 전 대표는 지난 20대 대선 기간 중 방송사 인터뷰와 국정감사 등에서 대장동·백현동 개발사업 관련 의혹에 대해 허위 사실을 공표한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다. 1심은 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고했으나 2심은 1심을 뒤집고 무죄를 선고했다.
