브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 2억여원의 시세차익이 기대되는 '무순위 청약' 물량이 나왔다는 소식에 'LH 청약플러스'로 사람이 몰리고 있다.
24일 한국토지주택공사(LH)에 따르면 세종 산울마을5단지 ‘세종 파밀리에 더파크’ 4가구 무순위 청약이 이날 진행된다.
이날 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 LH 청약플러스 홈페이지와 모바일 앱 등을 통해 청약할 수 있다.
대상은 전용면적 59㎡ 3가구, 전용 84㎡ 1가구이며 청약은 국내 거주 무주택자라면 전국 어디서나 신청할 수 있다. 당첨자 발표는 30일이다.
실거주 의무, 전매 제한, 재당첨 제한이 모두 없다. 분양가는 전용 59㎡가 약 2억8000만원, 전용 84㎡가 약 4억8000만원으로 ‘분양가상한제’가 적용돼 인근 시세 대비 저렴한 편이다.
현재 인근 단지 시세는 전용 59㎡가 5억원, 전용 84㎡는 약 7억2000만원에 형성돼 있어, 1억~2억 원에 달하는 시세차익이 기대된다.
한편, 세종 파밀리에 더파크는 2023년 12월 입주한 아파트다. 지하 2층~지상 29층, 14개 동, 전용 59~84㎡ 995가구로 구성됐다.
