브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대건설이 ‘힐스테이트 두정역’ 소량 잔여 세대에 대한 선착순 계약을 진행 중이다.
단지는 지하 2층~지상 29층, 총 11개동, 전용면적 84~170㎡, 총 997가구 규모로, 남향 위주의 단지 배치와 4베이 판상형 구조다.
커뮤니티 시설로는 골프연습장(GDR 일부), 피트니스센터, 독서실, 북카페, 게스트하우스, 수변놀이공원, 티하우스 등이 마련됐다.
아울러 ‘힐스테이트 두정역’은 스트레스 DSR 2단계 규제가 적용되지 않는 단지다.
현대건설은 “2025년 말까지 준공이 완료된 지방 아파트 중 전용 85㎡ 이하, 6억 원 이하의 분양 중인 주택을 최초로 취득하는 경우, 주택 수 산정에서 제외돼 취득세 중과를 피할 수 있다”며 “1주택자로 간주돼 양도세·종부세 등 세제 혜택도 누릴 수 있다”고 전했다.
‘힐스테이트 두정역’의 선착순 동·호 지정 계약은 견본주택 방문을 통해 가능하다.
