김해시는 지난 29일 인공지능(AI) 기반 안부전화 서비스 ‘클로바 케어콜’ 도입으로 고립, 고독 문제를 해결하기 위해 네이버 클라우드와 협약을 체결했다고 30일 밝혔다.
시는 고립된 중장년 1인 가구 등 돌봄이 필요한 이들에게 AI 기술을 활용한 비대면 안부확인 서비스를 제공함으로써 고독사 예방과 사회적 고립을 해소하고자 클로바 케이콜을 도입한다. 클로바 케어콜은 네이버의 생성형 AI 기술을 기반으로, 대상자와 자연스러운 대화로 건강 상태, 생활 상황 등을 모니터링한다.
