[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 30일 김해 내동 라페스타 뷔페에서 제28회 경남장애인생활체육대회에 참가하는 선수단 결단식을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

결단식에는 홍태용 김해시장과 최학범 경남도의회 의장, 황재환 김해시장애인체육회 상임부회장과 시 선수단 등 200여명이 참석했다. 행사는 사전공연을 시작으로 홍태용 시장의 격려사, 선수대표 선서 순으로 진행됐다.

시는 오는 5월 8일과 9일 진주종합경기장 등에서 열리는 이번 대회 종합 3위를 목표로 조정, 게이트볼, 슐런, 축구, 플라잉디스크 등 다양한 종목에서 우수한 성적을 거둘 것으로 기대하고 있다. 

홍태용 시장은 “김해를 대표한다는 자부심으로 최선을 다해주길 바란다”며 “이번 대회의 열기와 감동이 뒤이어 개최되는 전국소년·장애학생체전까지 이어질 수 있도록 대회 준비에 만전을 기하겠다”고 말했다.
