충남 논산시의회(의장 조용훈)는 제263회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 지난 25일부터 6일간 진행된 회기를 마무리했다고 30일 밝혔다.
이번 임시회에서는 총 25건의 안건이 처리됐다. 그중 '논산시의회 의원 연구단체 구성 및 운영에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안'과 '논산시 스포츠 태권도 발원지 진흥 및 지원에 관한 조례안'은 수정 가결되었으며, '논산시 사무의 공공기관 위탁·대행에 관한 조례안' 등 19건은 원안대로 통과됐다. 또한, '논산시 도시관리계획(공공청사) 결정(변경)안에 대한 의견청취의 건' 등 4건의 의견청취 안건도 채택되었다.
주민청구조례인 '논산시 필수농자재 지원 조례 청구요건 심사의 건'은 모든 요건을 충족하여 청구가 수리되었으며, 환경과장으로부터 '2025~2034 논산시 탄소중립 녹색성장 기본계획'에 대한 보고도 이뤄졌다.
조용훈 의장은 폐회사를 통해 “지난 6일간의 임시회 기간 동안 각종 안건 심사에 열정적으로 임해 주신 동료의원 여러분들께 감사 드리고, 의사일정을 무사히 마칠 수 있도록 협조해 주신 관계 공직자 여러분들께 감사의 인사를 전한다”고 말했다.
한편, 논산시의회는 오는 6월 16일부터 30일까지 15일간의 일정으로 제264회 제1차 정례회를 열어 제1회 추가경정예산안, 결산 및 예비비 지출 승인안과 조례안 등을 심의할 예정이다.
