충남 계룡시가 재해 예방과 주민 중심의 친환경 하천 조성을 위해 두계천과 농소천 일대 정비 사업에 본격 착수한다. 이번 사업은 단순한 정비를 넘어, 시민 삶의 질 향상과 자연과의 조화를 염두에 둔 종합적인 하천 관리 전략의 일환으로 추진된다.
