김해시는 제103회 어린이날을 맞아 지역사회 아동복지 향상에 기여한 유공자에게 표창장을 수여했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 표창은 이날 시청 대회의실에서 열린 5월 정례조회에서 수여됐다. 홍태용 시장은 표창장을 수여하며 수상자들의 노고에 감사와 격려의 말을 전했다.
수상자들은 아동복지시설 종사자, 보육교사, 자원봉사자 등 10명으로 아동의 권리와 복지 향상을 위해 헌신적으로 노력해 온 공로를 인정받았다.
김해시는 유니세프 아동친화도시 상위 인증을 목표로 아동권리교육, 놀 권리 증진, 돌봄 체계 강화 등 다양한 정책으로 ‘아이들이 행복한 도시’ 만들기에 앞장서고 있다.

시·군 통합 30주년을 기념해 작년 12월 23일부터 올해 3월 21일까지 약 두 달간 진행된 이번 공모전에는 ▲문서류(공문서류-개인 보관분, 책자, 일기, 편지, 메모수첩 등) 311점 ▲시청각류(인화사진, 앨범, 동영상, 오디오, 필름, 테이프 등) 624점 ▲박물류(생활용품, 기념품 등) 40점 ▲기타 박물(인쇄물, 표식류, 상훈장류, 기념류, 예술품, 의복류 등) 13점 등 총 54명이 98건 988점을 접수했다.
