계룡시의회(의장 김범규)가 지난 4월 28일부터 나흘간 열린 제181회 임시회 일정을 모두 마무리하고, 2025년도 행정사무감사 준비에 본격적으로 돌입했다고 1일 밝혔다.
시의회는 1일, 제2차 본회의를 열고 의안심사특별위원회(위원장 신동원)를 통해 상정된 안건 13건 중 11건을 원안대로, 2건은 수정 가결했다. 원안 통과된 조례안에는 ‘계룡시 병영체험관 운영 및 관리 조례 일부개정조례안’이 포함됐으며, ‘계룡시 국민체육센터 관리 및 운영 조례안’과 ‘계룡시 보건소 진료비 및 제증명 수수료 등 징수 조례 전부개정조례안’은 일부 조항을 조정해 통과됐다.
같은 날 행정사무감사특별위원회(위원장 조광국)는 2025년도 행정사무감사 계획안을 의결하고, 계룡시 본청을 비롯해 직속기관 및 산하기관을 대상으로 총 161건의 자료 제출을 요구했다. 시의회는 이를 바탕으로 현안 파악과 주요 시정 운영에 대한 점검에 착수할 방침이다.
김범규 의장은 “이번 임시회를 통해 시정 운영과 관련한 제도적 기반을 다졌다" 면서 "앞으로 예정된 행정사무감사가 내실있고 실효성 있게 진행될 수 있도록 집행부가 적극적 자세로 임해주길 바란다”고 말했다.
한편, 계룡시의회는 제182회 정례회를 오는 6월 11일부터 27일까지 17일간 열 예정이다. 이번 정례회에서는 2024회계연도 결산 승인, 행정사무감사 및 관련 기관 현장방문, 조례 제·개정안 심의 등이 진행된다.
