전북 부안해경은 자체 기획제도로 조직문화를 밝히는 빛으로 '등대 직원'을 도입한 가운데 지난 1일 첫 선정자에게 표창장을 수여했다.
'등대 직원'은 조직 내 건강한 성과 문화 조성 및 실질적인 동기 부여 체계를 마련하기 위해 도입됐으며 각자의 자리에서 묵묵히 빛을 비추며 조직의 항해를 이끄는 인물을 상징하는 제도다.
