브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자=넷마블게임박물관은 103회 어린이날을 맞아 5월 5일 하루 동안 어린이(초등학생 6학년까지)를 대상으로 박물관을 무료 개방한다고 2일 밝혔다.
‘넷마블게임박물관’은 게임의 사회, 문화적 가치를 확산하고 세계 게임의 역사와 가치를 재정립해 게임산업 및 문화를 재조명하기 위해 개관됐다.
국내외 게임 관련 소장품들을 감상할 수 있는 ‘전시 공간’이자 다양한 자료들을 열람할 수 있는 ‘학습 공간’, 추억의 게임을 체험할 수 있는 ‘놀이 공간’으로 어른들에게는 추억을 선사하고, 어린이 및 청소년에게 색다른 재미를 제공해 게임으로 소통하는 즐거움을 전달하고 있다.
넷마블게임박물관은 이번 무료 개방을 통해 어린이들에게 게임의 가치와 의미를 전달하고 즐거움 속에서 새로운 가능성을 발견할 수 있도록 지원하겠다는 방침이다.
넷마블게임박물관은 이번 행사 기간 동안 현장에서 인증샷 이벤트를 진행한다. 박물관 인스타그램에 등장하는 퀘스트를 체험하고 사진을 인증하면, 현장에서 움직이는 기념 엽서를 제공받을 수 있다.
넷마블게임박물관 관람시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지이며, 입장 마감은 오후 5시 30분까지다. 무료관람 대상 어린이의 경우 사전예약 없이 방문이 가능하다.
