[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 경상남도선거관리위원회는 오는 11일부터 13일까지 3일간 제21대 대통령선거의 선거권자는 누구든지 선거인명부를 열람하고, 누락이나 잘못된 표기 등 오류가 있는 경우 구·시·군의 장에게 이의신청할 수 있다고 8일 밝혔다.
구·시·군의 장은 선거인명부작성기준일 현재(5월 6일) 관할 구역에 주민등록이 되어 있는 선거권자를 대상으로 6일부터 10일까지 선거인명부를 작성한다.
선거권자는 구·시·군청의 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해 자신의 정보를 확인하거나, 주민등록이 되어 있는 구·시·군청에 직접 방문하여 선거인명부를 확인할 수 있다.
선거권자는 선거인명부에 누락 또는 잘못 표기되어 있거나 자격이 없는 선거인이 올라 있다고 확인되면 열람기간 내에 구술 또는 서면으로 당해 구·시·군의 장에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다.
신청을 받은 구·시·군의 장은 신청 다음 날까지 심사하여 신청이 이유있다고 결정하는 경우 즉시 선거인명부를 정정하고 신청인·관계인과 관할 구·시·군선거관리위원회에 통지하여야 한다.
선거인명부는 열람 및 이의신청 기간을 거쳐 선거일 전 12일인 5월 22일 최종 확정된다.
