동국대 WISE캠퍼스 아동청소년교육학과, 킨더슐레교육재단과 산학협력 협약 체결

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 아동청소년교육학과(학과장 혜주스님)는 지난 5월 8일, 킨더슐레교육재단(대표이사 김은경)과 함께 영유아교육의 질 향상 및 미래 인재 양성을 위한 산학협력 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 실습 중심의 교육을 강화하고, 학생들에게 현장 경험을 제공해 실무 역량을 갖춘 영유아 교육 전문가를 양성하기 위한 취지로 마련됐다. 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲보육 및 교육 프로그램 공동 개발 ▲교육 실습 기회 제공 ▲교수 및 교사 간 연구 협력 ▲연수 및 위탁교육 연계 ▲교육 자료 공동 활용 등 다양한 협력 방안을 추진할 계획이다.

이에 따라 아동청소년교육학과 재학생들은 전국 130여 개 어린이집을 운영하는 킨더슐레교육재단의 교육 현장에서 직접 봉사, 교육, 지도를 경험하며 이론과 실무가 통합된 교육을 받게 된다. 이는 학생들의 전문성 강화에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

킨더슐레교육재단은 놀이 중심의 특화 프로그램을 기반으로 유아 발달 및 교사 전문성 제고에 힘쓰고 있는 기관으로, 이번 산학협력은 동국대 학생들에게 실무 중심 커리큘럼 실현의 장을 제공할 것으로 평가된다.

민희정 아동청소년교육학과 학과장(혜주스님)은 “이번 협약은 학생들이 실제 교육 현장을 체험할 수 있는 기회를 확대했다는 점에서 매우 의미가 크다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 영유아교육 기관과의 협력을 통해 교육의 질을 한층 더 높여 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

On May 8, Dongguk University WISE Campus Department of Child and Adolescent Education (Department Head: Hyeju Seunim) announced that it signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Kinderschule Education Foundation (CEO: Eun-kyung Kim) to improve the quality of early childhood education and foster future talent.

This agreement was created with the purpose of strengthening practice-centered education and providing field experience to students to foster early childhood education experts with practical capabilities. Through the agreement, the two institutions plan to pursue various cooperation measures such as ▲joint development of childcare and education programs ▲provision of educational practice opportunities ▲research cooperation between professors and teachers ▲linkage of training and commissioned education ▲joint use of educational materials.

Accordingly, students in the Department of Child and Adolescent Education will receive integrated education in theory and practice by directly experiencing volunteer work, education, and guidance at Kinderschule Education Foundation’s educational sites that operate approximately 130 kindergartens nationwide. This is expected to be of real help in enhancing students’ expertise.

Kinderschule Education Foundation is an organization that strives to improve early childhood development and teacher expertise based on play-centered specialized programs, and this industry-academic cooperation is evaluated to provide Dongguk University students with a venue for realizing a practice-centered curriculum.
