세종시의회 제98회 정례회가 오는 20일부터 다음달 23일까지 35일간 진행된다.
제98회 정례회를 앞두고 세종시의회는 15일 의사일정과 주요 안건에 대해 설명했다.
이번 정례회는 시와 교육청의 행정사무 전반에 대한 감사와 2024회계연도 결산안, 제1회 추가경정예산안, 조례안 등을 심의하고 2025년도 주요 업무 상반기 추진 실적 및 하반기 추진계획 보고를 청취한다.
접수된 안건은 총 92건으로 조례안 63건과 동의안 8건, 결산안 6건, 예산안 4건, 청취안 4건, 건의안 1건, 보고 6건 등이다.
20일 열리는 제1차 본회의에서는 유인호, 김영현, 김충식, 이순열, 김현미, 김동빈 의원님의 5분 자유발언과 유보통합 3법 개정 촉구 건의안 그리고 시와 교육청의 추가경정예산안 제안 설명과 시정연설이 있다.
23일 제2차 본회의에서는 최원석, 김현옥, 안신일, 홍나영, 유인호, 윤지성 의원님의 5분 자유발언과 위원회에서 심사한 결산안, 추가경정예산안, 조례안, 동의안 등을 처리한다.
임채성 의장은 "이번 정례회는 대통령 선거운동 기간 중 열리지만, 그 어느 때보다 시민의 삶과 직결된 중요한 안건들이 많다"며 " 더욱 세심하게 살피고 책임감 있게 임하겠다"고 말했다.
