19일 오전 10시 6분께 전북 완주군 상관면 완주∼순천 고속도로 상행선 99km 지점 용암 4터널에서 중학생들이 탄 버스와 곡물 트레일러ㆍ1톤 트럭ㆍ카니발 등 차량 4대가 잇따라 추돌하는 사고가 발생했다.
