브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 더불어민주당이 19일 윤석열 전 대통령 내란 혐의 재판을 심리 중인 지귀연 서울중앙지법 부장판사의 룸살롱 술접대 의혹 관련 사진을 공개했다.
노종면 선대위 대변인은 이날 여의도 당사 브리핑을 통해 지 부장판사 의혹과 관련된 2장의 사진을 공개했다.
공개된 사진에는 지 부장판사가 일행 2명과 함께 룸살롱으로 추정되는 공간에서 함께 사진을 찍은 모습이 담겼다.
노 대변인은 해당 장소가 룸살롱이 맞다는 것을 입증하기 위해 여성 종업원들이 같은 장소에 앉아 있는 사진도 함께 공개했다.

노 대변인은 "지 부장판사는 어떻게 뻔뻔하게 거짓말을 하나. 접대는 생각도 해본 적이 정말 없나"라며 "민주당은 해당 업소를 직접 가서 확인했다. 서울 강남에 있는 고급 룸살롱이었다. 여성 종업원들이 룸마다, 테이블마다 여럿이 동석하는 곳"이라고 설명했다.
이어 그는 "제보자에 따르면 (지 부장판사가) 고가의 술을 여성 종업원과 즐겼다고 증언했다"라며 "현재는 간판만 바뀌었을 뿐, 업소 주인도 같고 내부도 동일했다"고 했다.
그러면서 "지귀연 부장판사는 스스로 사실을 인정하고 법대에서 내려오겠지, 사법부 스스로 문제를 바로잡겠지라는 기대는 허무하게 깨져버렸다"고 꼬집었다.
한편, 지귀연 부장판사는 이날 오전 윤석열 전 대통령의 4차 공판을 시작하며 "저 개인에 대한 의혹 제기에 대해 우려와 걱정이 많다는 사실을 안다"라며 "저는 평소 삼겹살에 소맥(소주+맥주)을 마시면서 지내고 있다. 의혹이 제기된 내용은 사실이 아니고 그런 데를 가서 접대를 받는다는 생각을 해 본 적도 없다. 무엇보다 그런 시대가 아니다"고 주장했다.
