브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화 건설부문(한화건설)이 대전광역시 서구 도마동에서 HJ중공업과 공동 시공하는 아파트 ‘도마 포레나해모로’를 선착순 분양 중이라고 20일 밝혔다. 이곳은 한화건설과 HJ중공업이 2023년 11월 분양을 시작한 곳으로 미분양 물량을 소진 중이다.
도마 포레나해모로는 지하 3층~지상 34층, 7개 동 전용면적 39~101㎡ 총 818세대 규모로 조성된다. 이 중 일반분양 물량은 568세대로, 전용면적 타입별 △59㎡A 209세대 △59㎡B 111세대 △74㎡A 65세대 △74㎡B 92세대 △84㎡ 86세대 △101㎡ 5세대로 구성된다.
이 단지는 남향 위주로 배치되며, 전용 74㎡ 이상 중대형은 4베이로 구성된다. 동간 거리는 최대 약 64m로 유지된다. 또한, 맞통풍 구조로 설계됐고, 알파룸과 팬트리도 마련되며, 거실과 안방 발코니에는 유리난간창이 설치된다고 한화건설은 설명했다.

한화건설 관계자는 "현재 견본주택에서 선착순 계약이 진행 중이며, 잔여세대에 대해 원하는 동·호수 지정이 가능하다"며 "입주는 2027년 상반기 예정이다"라고 덧붙였다.
