브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차와 기아가 워커힐 호텔앤리조트와 손잡고 생활 밀착형 미래 모빌리티 구현에 박차를 가한다.
현대차·기아는 워커힐과 20일 그랜드 워커힐 서울 호텔(서울시 광진구)에서 모빌리티 친화 호텔 조성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양사는 △방문객 이동 편의성 강화를 위한 수요응답형 교통체계 셔클 플랫폼 적용 △호텔 내 미래 모빌리티 기술 검증을 위한 테스트 환경 조성 △지역 주민과 교통약자를 위한 특화사업 공동 추진 등을 함께한다.
먼저, 현대차·기아는 셔클 플랫폼을 워커힐 호텔의 내·외부 셔틀 서비스에 맞춤형으로 적용하고, 실증을 진행한다. 현대차·기아가 기업 대상으로 셔클 플랫폼을 실증하는 것은 이번이 처음이다.
