관료와 학계 출신 비중도 크게 감소한 가운데, 재계 출신 사외이사가 그 자리를 채우며 급증했다. 여성 신규 사외이사 비중도 역대 최대치를 기록했다.
27일 리더스인덱스에 따르면 자산순위 상위 30대 그룹 중 1분기 보고서를 제출한 239개사 사외이사 876명을 분석한 결과, 올해 신규 사외이사는 총 152명이었다. 이 중 전직 관료 인사는 39명(25.7%)으로, 지난해 215명 중 66명(30.7%)에 비해 5%p 감소했다.
관료 출신 중에서도 검찰 출신의 감소가 가장 두드러졌다. 지난해 신규 사외이사 중 11명(16.4%)이 전직 검찰 인사였으나, 올해는 3명(7.7%)에 불과했다. 이 중 1명은 복수 기업에 중복 선임됐기에 실제 신규 인물은 NH투자증권의 오광수 전 검사장과, SK디앤디·카카오게임즈의 노정연 전 검사장 2명뿐이다.
