충남 부여군이 지난 26일 여성문화회관에서 ‘2025년 하반기 주요업무 보고회’를 열고, 6개 분야에 걸친 247건의 사업 추진 현황과 향후 발전 방향을 집중 점검했다고 27일 밝혔다.
총사업비는 3조 796억 원에 이르며, 세부적으로는 '행정 49건, 문화·관광 35건, 보건·복지·환경 39건, 농림·축산 58건, 건설·안전 50건, 산업·경제 16건' 등으로 나뉜다.
이날 회의는 예산 효율성과 정책 실효성을 높이기 위한 실무 중심의 전략 공유의 장으로 마련됐다.
상반기 동안 군은 대외적으로 의미 있는 성과를 일궈냈다. 대표적으로 '공공기관 종합청렴도 평가 3년 연속 1등급 달성', '행정안전부 적극행정·재정집행 평가 우수기관 선정', '충청남도 시군평가 군부 2위' 등의 기록은 부여군의 정책 실행력과 행정 투명성을 방증한다. 아울러 '농촌협약 공모를 통해 375억 원 확보', '배수개선사업 관련 국비 1,523억 원 유치' 등 국책사업에서도 두각을 나타냈다.

문화와 관광 분야 역시 역동성을 더하고 있다. 군은 올 하반기에도 부여서동연꽃축제, 백제문화제, 국가유산 미디어아트 행사, 유네스코 세계유산 등재 10주년 기념행사 등을 통해 국내외 관광객 유치와 지역경제 활성화에 박차를 가할 예정이다. 고유의 역사문화 자산을 현대적으로 재해석한 콘텐츠로 관광 경쟁력을 제고하겠다는 구상이다.
박정현 군수는 이날 보고회에서 “정부의 건전재정 기조에 맞춰 한정된 자원을 최대한 효율적으로 운용해야 한다”며 “군민이 실제로 체감할 수 있는 결과를 만들어내는 행정이 중요하다”고 강조했다. 이어 “앞으로도 협업과 혁신을 바탕으로 적극행정을 실현해 군민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역 발전에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
