김해시가 지난 28일 시청 비상대책회의실에서 ‘2035 김해시 도시·주거환경정비 및 노후계획도시정비기본계획 수립 용역’ 착수보고회를 개최했다.
이날 착수보고회에는 홍태용 김해시장을 비롯해 부시장, 관련 업무 실·국·소장 및 부서장, 김해시 총괄계획가 등 20여 명이 참석해 용역 추진계획 및 일정 등을 설명하고, 앞으로 용역 추진 방향에 대한 다양한 의견 제시 및 심도 깊은 논의가 진행되었다.
도시·주거환경정비기본계획은 「도시 및 주거환경정비법」에 따라 10년 단위로 수립하는 법정계획으로 실질적이고 실현 가능한 도시·주거환경정비 기본방향을 설정하는 등 주거환경정비 전략을 마련하는 기본계획이며, 노후계획도시정비기본계획은 「노후계획도시정비특별법」에 따라 조성 완료 후 20년이 경과한 100만㎡ 이상 택지 등의 체계적인 정비를 위한 것으로 김해시는 ▲내외지구 ▲장유지구 ▲북부지구 ▲내동지구 ▲삼방지구 등 5곳이 정비 대상으로, 2035년을 목표로 추진할 계획이다.
