충남 홍성군이 사회·경제적 여건으로 교육 기회를 놓친 주민들의 학습권을 보장하고자 평생교육이용권 신청을 오는 6월 2일부터 17일까지 받는다. 이번 사업은 군민의 역량 개발과 자아실현을 도모해 교육 불균형을 줄이기 위한 목적으로 추진된다.
신청은 '평생교육바우처 누리집(www.lllcard.kr)'을 통해 온라인으로 가능하다. 신청 대상은 홍성군에 주민등록을 둔 만 19세 이상 성인 중 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층(한부모가족 포함), 중장년층(40~64세), 노인(65세 이상), 그리고 AID 커리어 점프 패스 대상자(만 30세 이상)다.
군은 이번 바우처를 통해 1인당 연 35만원을 지원하며, 수강료 외에도 교재비 및 재료비까지 포함된다. 단, 평생교육바우처는 사용기관으로 등록된 교육기관에서만 사용할 수 있으며, 국가장학금 수혜자와의 중복 지원은 불가능하다.
