브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 제21대 대통령 선거(대선) 사전투표와 관련, 크고 작은 잡음이 일어나고 있다.
중앙선거관리위원회(선관위)가 30일 "회송용 봉투에서 이미 기표된 용지가 나왔다"는 신고와 관련 "자작극으로 의심돼 경찰에 수사의뢰하기로 결정했다"고 밝혔다.
회송용 봉투는 원래 비어 있어야 정상으로, 이미 기표된 용지가 들어있었다는 점에서 논란이 되고 있다.
경기선관위 관계자는 이날 "소관과에서 종합적으로 검토한 결과, 문제를 제기한 선거인이 타인이 기표한 투표용지를 전달받아 관외 회송용봉투에 넣은 것으로 추정된다"면서 "이는 투표소 혼란을 부추길 목적으로 자작극을 벌인 것으로 의심된다. 이에 따라 경차레 수사 의뢰하기로 결론내렸다"고 설명했다.
한편 이날 오전 7시10분경 경기도 용인시 수지구 성복동 주민센터 사전투표소에서 한 선거 참관인이 "회송용 봉투에서 이재명 후보에게 기표된 투표 용지가 나왔다"는 취지로 112에 신고했다.
해당 신고는 당시 투표소를 찾은 한 유권자가 이 같은 내용을 선거 참관인에게 알리며 이뤄졌다.
