세종시가 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 손잡고 주거 취약계층의 안정적인 주거환경을 지원하기 위한 매입임대주택 입주자 모집에 나선다.
이를 위해 세종시는 오는 6월 9일부터 13일까지 총 50세대를 대상으로 입주 신청을 받을 계획이라고 2일 밝혔다.
이번에 공급되는 주택은 세종시 금남면에 위치한 전용면적 50㎡ 이하의 다가구주택으로, 주로 1\~2인 가구 또는 고령층이 거주하기에 적합한 구조다.
임대 조건은 시중가의 약 30% 수준으로 책정돼 저소득층의 부담을 최소화했다. 구체적으로는 임대보증금이 746만 9000원, 월 임대료는 16만 8000원에서 18만 5000원 사이로 설정돼 있다.
