두 기관은 이번 협약의 일환으로 구리문화재단 공연장 상주단체 유희컴퍼니가 운영하는 관객 개발 프로그램 <꿈의 연희단> 수업을 청소년수련관의 방과후아카데미 프로그램과 연계하여 진행한다.
이를 통해 청소년들의 문화예술 감수성을 높이고 자존감과 표현력을 증진하는 기회를 제공하는 발판을 마련하며, 양 기관 간의 유기적인 협력 체계를 공고히 할 것으로 기대된다.
