브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 IPTV 서비스 지니 TV 요금제 ‘지니 TV 슈퍼팩 초이스’ 할인 프로모션을 진행한다고 2일 밝혔다.
지니 TV 슈퍼팩 초이스는 260여개 실시간 채널과 40만 편 이상의 VOD 콘텐츠를 제공하는 지니 TV와, 최신 영화, 해외 시리즈 등 14만여 편의 유료 콘텐츠를 무제한으로 즐길 수 있는 프라임 슈퍼팩을 함께 이용할 수 있는 요금제다.
프라임 슈퍼팩은 작년 2월 도입된 ‘프라임 슈퍼 위크엔드’ 프로그램으로 국내 구독형 서비스 중 가장 빠르게 최신 영화를 볼 수 있다. 현재 극장 상영 중이거나 국내 미 개봉된 최신 영화를 ‘매월 2편씩’ 선정해 주말 한정 무료 제공한다. 최근 히트맨2, 말할 수 없는 비밀 등을 극장 상영 중 동시 제공됐다.
KT는 지니 TV 슈퍼팩 초이스 할인 프로모션을 오는 11월 30일까지 진행한다. 기간 내 신규 또는 요금제 변경 가입하는 고객은 매월 4400원 할인된 월 2만900원(3년 약정 결합 기준)으로 서비스 이용이 가능하다. 기본 요금제인 지니 TV 에센스 요금제(월 1만6500원)와 프라임 슈퍼팩(월 1만1000원)을 별도로 이용할 때보다 매월 약 6700원의 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
